Provides free testing for various diseases, including Syphilis, Gonorrhea, and Chlamydia.

Eligibility

Individuals over the age of 13 at risk for STD's. Herpes testing is only available to established patients.

Application Instructions

You may visit in person until 3:30pm. Testing done until 5:15pm. Call for details about Herpes testing.
