Provides patients with an extensive pre-operative clinical work-up, comprehensive pre and post-operative education, nutritional and psychological counseling, a post-op fitness program, long-term follow-up, and support necessary to achieve and sustain weight loss goals.

Individuals ages 15 to 60; 100 lbs. or more above ideal body weight, body mass index 35 or greater with significant co-morbidities, multiple failed medically supervised weight loss attempts for 1 to 2 years.
