Service Description
Investigates complaints of alleged employment discrimination filed by employees and Broward County Government applicants based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, and retaliation. Also, the EEO Section investigates complaints filed based on sexual orientation, marital status, and political affiliation filed by employees of the Broward County Government. The Section also coordinates the county government's compliance with Title I of the Americans with Disabilities Act in providing reasonable accommodations for the county employees and applicants covered by this Act.
