Service Description
Provides financial and technical assistance to low-income homeowners for connection to the Water and Sewer Connections Program, deactivates septic tank system, install new sewer line from the house to lateral line, clean out all existing drain lines, as needed. Additionally, funds may be used to take care of those minor items associated with the water/sewer connection or leak repairs.
