Service Description
Assists parties an opportunity to resolve their disputes through mediation. Trained certified court mediators facilitate communication between the parties and clarify issues and positions that separate the parties to achieve a settlement that offers an alternative to formal court proceedings.
Eligibility
Broward County residents ages 18 and over in need of mediation due to a dispute.
Application Instructions
Call for appontment; referrals by Judge, State Attorney, Government agency, municipalities, or self-referral.
