Service Description

Provides self-help, individual and group counseling, milieu treatment, perinatal addiction program, and HIV testing. Generally a 60-day stay except for the perinatal addiction program, which can be longer.

Eligibility

Individuals ages 18 and over, completed a detoxification program and diagnosed with substance dependency.

Application Instructions

Complete assessment and physical with medical clearance; call for details. Provide copy of any documentation if court ordered or from other referral services if appropriate. May be self referred.
