Service Description
Provides a six-to eight-week program comprised of structured group and individual sessions, with family involvement as needed. Family groups are available two hours each week, as needed, and include education about substance use, addiction, and the family's impact when a member is a substance use addiction.

Eligibility
Individuals ages 18 and over with substance use disorder.
Application Instructions
Provide copy of any documentation if court ordered or from other referral services if appropriate. May be self referred. An assesment required by a BARC clinician.
