Service Description
Completes a comprehensive assessment and, in conjunction with the individual, determines the appropriateness of treatment and level of care for substance use treatment.

Eligibility
Individuals ages 18 and over with substance dependency issues or inquiring about the Marchman Act Procedures have concerns for someone who is substance use impaired, with or without a co-occurring mental health disorder, and because of the impairment, has lost the power of self-control concerning substances.
Application Instructions
Provide copy of any documentation if court ordered or from other referral services if appropriate. May be self referred. Must be assessed by BARC clinician.
Fees
Accepts Medicaid, and other insurances; offers sliding scale; call for details.
