Service Description
Provides a comprehensive care model that features a phased treatment approach. Peer support services are utilized throughout the program. Patients are visited daily for up to seven days by local Emergency Medical Services staff and a Medical Assisted Treatment Program Recovery Support Specialist.
Eligibility
Individuals that have overdosed or struggle with substance use disorder to Opioids.
