SN ONLY - Helps participants obtain and maintain employment, complete post-secondary education or occupational skills training, and increase knowledge of financial stability concepts and behaviors by offering financial literacy and social/soft skills training, computer lab assistance, employment research, pre-employment skills training, and submission of online job applications.

Eligibility

Individuals 18 years of age or older and have the desire to obtain or maintain community-based employment. This program is tailored to individuals with disabilities (intellectual, medical, behavioral health, or other employment barriers). VR eligibility (or other funding sources such as Medicaid Waiver) is required for job development and employment/supported employment services. Eligibility can also include SSA tickets to work holders.
