Service Description
Provides Know Your Rights presentations to immigrants all over South Florida and legal screenings, clinics, and representation before immigration authorities. Staff regularly meet with immigrants, including DREAMers and Temporary Protected Status (TPS) recipients facing deportation, update them about changes in immigration laws and practices, answer their questions, and conduct individual screenings to determine immigrants’ eligibility for legal status.
