Service Description
Provides shelter, food, medicine, clothing, eyeglasses, furnishings, and tools; delivers free disaster preparedness information to the entire community. Funded by The United Way. Offers skilled and non-skilled home health care, including skilled nursing, physical, occupational and speech therapies, medical social workers, and home care aides. This program does not assist with rent or mortgage.

Eligibility
Individuals affected by a natural disaster (fire, flood, hurricane) or human-made disaster (aviation incidents, terrorist attack).
Application Instructions
Open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week depending on disaster. Appointment is required.
