Individuals with developmental disabilities such as Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, Spina Bifida, Autism, Intellectual Disabilities, Prader-Willi Syndrome, Phelan-McDermid Syndrome, and ages 3 to 5 are at high risk for Developmental Disability.
