Service Description
SN ONLY - Provides weekly in-home counseling and a parenting education program. The program uses a nurturing skills for families curriculum modified to include lessons from nurturing skills for children with special needs, intensive care coordination supports, and a combination of solution-focused therapy or cognitive behavioral therapy as appropriate to meet the family's needs. Also offers Education Advocacy.
