Service Description
Allows any parent to elect to leave their newborn at any fire station staffed with either full-time firefighters or emergency medical technicians without fear of pursuit, arrest, or harassment. Newborns may also be left in any hospital emergency room. The parent(s) who leaves a newborn following this law are presumed to have consented to parental rights termination.
