Provides Care Assist Grants that aid financially stressed persons with Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS) and their families with equipment and services. Offers assistance for respite care; home modifications; van modifications or van purchase assistance; assistive technology equipment or durable medical equipment repairs that are not covered by insurance; financial hardships; transportation to an ALS Certified Center of Excellence or clinics affiliated with the ALS.
