Service Description

Provides enhanced long term foster care group home for children and a long-term residential support to young adults who are aging out of foster care. Some of the services provided include a Personalized Learning Plan, Financial Management Training, Life Skills Training, Employment Planning, Employability Skills Training, Computer Labs, and Test Preparation Workshops.

Eligibility

For foster care, children ages 4 and over or young adults between the ages of 18 and 23 years old who are aging out of foster care.
