Provides peer support and care coordination for life-threatening situations such as suicide. The services include peer specialists with lived mental health experience, offering comprehensive crisis support, safety planning, needs assessment, emotional support, referrals, and advocacy to connect with behavioral health treatment resources and supportive services.
